Odeh Haddad, joined Beacon Resources in 2017 and serves as Managing Director for the Los Angeles market with offices in Woodland Hills and Century City. Odeh produces in the firm’s Executive Recruitment and Interim Services practice. Before joining the team in late 2017, Odeh spent his previous four years at a leading boutique recruiting firm in Los Angeles as a top producer winning multiple Presidents Club awards. He was instrumental in the sales growth of three separate offices while playing an integral role in developing key internal staff. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and financial management services from San Diego State University. When not working, Odeh loves to spend time with his family as well as on the golf course.
David Saunders serves as Branch Manager of the Beacon Resources office in Century City covering the Los Angeles market. He has a rich network of partnerships and a keen eye for identifying and implementing market trends. He joined the firm in 2014 and works with a team of highly experienced and skilled recruiting and sales leaders to scour the area for both elite talent and growing companies. David’s prior experience includes more than two years as a top producer at a leading executive search firm as well as several years focused in business development for the technology and consumer product space. He excels at building partnerships with both his clients and the professionals he represents. His capability to adapt to a constantly evolving marketplace has fueled his success. David is a Los Angeles native and graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in psychology. He has a passion for sports and his drive and competitiveness fits precisely in this growing industry.
Marty McKeever joined DLC in 2003 and now serves as Vice President of the Orange County and San Francisco Bay markets for The DLC Group. He is responsible for account management, new business development, talent acquisition and retention, as well as overall management of market performance.
Prior to joining DLC, Marty had 19 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in such companies as Capital Group, Disney and Fluor, Inc.
Marty received his bachelor’s degree in finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Outside of the office, Marty enjoys spending time with his family, volunteer work and sports.
Ryan Milne joined Beacon Resources in 2011 and serves as Managing Director for the Orange County market. In his role, Ryan is duly responsible for growing and training the Beacon OC team while maintaining close client relationships with emerging and high-growth organizations. As a child he had an intense interest in mathematics, so it was no accident that Ryan graduated from California State University, Fullerton’s accounting program and became a CPA. After passing the CPA exam and getting licensed, he transferred his knowledge into managing the Orange County office of a national accounting recruiting firm. He thrives in developing strong client relationships as well as diving into the technical specifics of a search or project. When Ryan is not working, he enjoys tennis, surfing and traveling the world.
Matt Primeau brings more than a decade of accounting and finance recruiting expertise to his role as Director of Business Development for the Orange County market of Beacon Resources. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has been instrumental in building Beacon into one of the fastest growing executive recruitment companies in Orange County. With a dynamic passion for business development and extensive experience in recruiting, Matt employs a comprehensive and relationship-based approach with candidates and clients. His rich network of long-standing relationships enhances his innate talent for making mutually beneficial connections on operational and strategic levels. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University. He enjoys spending time with his family and surfing in the Pacific Ocean on a north or south swell.
Dana Carr Brown brings more than 15 years of staffing experience to her role as Branch Director for the Orange County market of Beacon Resources. Her extensive industry experience includes developing both talent and strategic plans that have led multiple struggling operations to highly profitable business units. As a result, Dana received a Chairman’s Award for Leadership at one of the nation’s premier placement firms. Prior to joining Beacon Resources, she led the turn-around of the Inland Empire market where she received a Top Performer award for the record growth of the market. She is a graduate of Cal Poly, Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is a dedicated mom who is committed to serving the local community through job coaching for unemployed and underemployed individuals.
Tom Thongprasert joined Beacon Resources in 2018 and serves as the Managing Director for the Chicago and Midwest Markets. He is responsible for leading and developing the Chicago-based Beacon Resources team while cultivating close client relationships with emerging and high-growth organizations. Tom’s recruiting career began at Egon Zehnder where he delivered high-level executive searches to healthcare & life sciences clients. He has also held in-house leadership recruitment positions at United Airlines, Grainger, CNM LLP, Target and McDonald’s. Prior to his recruiting career, Tom worked on wall street as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan, equity research associate at Banc of America Securities, then as a generalist investment research analyst at Patara Capital Management. Tom is a Certified LinkedIn Recruiter and a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. Outside of work, Tom is a competitive poker player who enjoys cooking, photography, traveling and supporting charitable causes.
Mark Ternstrom, Practice Director of Beacon Resources for the Chicago market, spent 6 years with a publicly traded global staffing firm producing and managing multiple market areas. He was instrumental in the sales growth of three separate offices while playing an integral role in developing key internal staff to success. Mark has personally been responsible for the deployment of 1,000 accounting and finance project consultants and direct-hire placements in the greater Chicago area. Prior to joining Beacon Resources, Mark had moved to a boutique staffing firm to launch their Finance & Accounting Executive Placement group in Chicago. That experience rewarded him the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of building a business from the ground up. He has brought this combination of experience to Beacon Resources, where we have a strong team of tenured professionals serving the entire Chicago area. Mark graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor of Science in finance. In Mark’s free time he is a devoted Notre Dame and Minnesota Vikings Football fan and enjoys playing golf, tennis and fishing.
Jeremy Sanchez, Director of Business Development for the Chicago market, has more than a decade of business development and professional staffing experience. Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy oversaw teams specializing in temporary, project-based, and full-time staffing for the financial services industry in a global publically traded staffing firm. Jeremy flourishes in developing strong client relationships and has built several partnerships in the greater Chicago area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business operations management and information systems with a minor in communications from Northern Illinois University. In Jeremy’s free time he enjoys traveling, playing basketball, skiing, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks, and Bulls.
Ayrie Manthey, Associate Client Services Director for the San Francisco Bay Area market, brings over five years of experience in sales business development roles to our team. Most recently Ayrie has worked as an Account Manager for several technology firms in the San Francisco Bay area. Prior to her recent sales experience, Ayrie spent several years with DLC as a Corporate Recruiter, hiring Big 4 CPAs and MBAs from the top schools, all with accounting and finance experience at Fortune 1000 companies. Ayrie is originally from Wisconsin and holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, reading and spending time outdoors.
Ba Tran, Executive Recruiter of Beacon Resources for the Orange County market, is passionate about helping candidates find and thrive in life-changing career opportunities. He joined the firm in 2016 and is skilled at adapting his approach and strategies to the ever-changing employment marketplace. Ba’s prior experience includes more than 10 years as an executive and recruiter at a leading executive search firm where he was recognized for his leadership and production successes. With a specialized background in accounting and finance recruiting, Ba has placed more than 1,000 professionals in temporary, temporary to hire and direct-to-hire positions. Ba is a California native and graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Irene Chui joined Beacon Resources in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Irene brings over 8 years of recruiting experience within the accounting, finance, investment, healthcare, human resources, technology and administrative industries. Irene graduated with a Master’s in Public Administration from Cal State Fullerton and undergrad Bachelor of Art’s degree from UCI with a minor in Criminal Justice.
Lauren joined Beacon Resources in 2018 as an Executive Recruiter, after having been a successful account manager for a global creative talent agency. Prior to joining Beacon, Lauren built an HR division from the ground up in the Orange County Market. Lauren also has an extensive Medical Device sales background which enables her to easily understand and meet client needs. She studied at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and during her free time loves golfing, the beach and spending time with her family
Natalia Tioulkova, CPA, joined Beacon Resources in August 2018 as a Senior Executive Recruiter. Natalia started her career as a CPA in public accounting at Deloitte assurance practice in Los Angeles where she served both public and private clients. With this experience, her consultants and candidates rest assured knowing a fellow professional is representing them as top talent to the best companies in the market. Natalia graduated from UCLA with a degree in business-economics and an accounting minor. She is a dedicated mom and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.
Valerie Rodriguez, Director of Consulting and Executive Search joined Beacon Resources in 2014. As one of the leaders for Beacon Resources in the Los Angeles market, she has been integral in contributing to the exponential growth in the hyper-competitive talent marketplace. Through a rich and diverse professional career, Valerie has developed long-standing partnerships with successful finance and operations strategists as well as a diverse client portfolio. In addition to her success as a tenured and leading producer at one of the industry’s premier recruitment firms, she also has an extensive background in television production. Valerie hails from Philadelphia and received a dual bachelor’s degree in anthropology and music from Vassar College. She serves on the board of directors for a non-profit organization that provides micro loans to African women and she moonlights as a singer of classical, jazz and pop music.
Charlie Tarone, Executive Recruiter for the Los Angeles market, leverages his financial expertise to develop, manage and nurture client and candidate relationships. Prior to joining Beacon Resources, Charlie served as the Director of Finance for a growing multi-channel online style network. Additionally, he has worked as an international marketing consultant, hedge-fund analyst and financial analyst. Originally from Washington, D.C. Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and received his MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Prior to moving to California, Charlie coached both a Division 1 college basketball team and a high-school team. In addition to coaching, he enjoys playing the guitar and drums.
Debra Schipani joined Beacon Resources in January of 2015 and serves as Executive Recruiter for the Los Angeles market. Debra brings a strong combination of accounting and finance recruitment as well as hands-on experience as a financial analyst and investment consultant. Her background includes accomplishments as a top performer with a leading international staffing firm where her success was awarded year after year. Debra’s natural knack for effective listening, her passion for understanding and meeting the needs of others, along with her ability to easily connect with people on a human level, make her the ultimate career matchmaker. Debra holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in business from California State University, Sacramento. She is also an accomplished epicurean with gourmet knowledge of French food and wine.
Taylor Burgess joined Beacon Resources in August 2015 as a Client Services Associate and supported the Business Development team through inside sales. Taylor was then promoted to a Client Services Manager, building and overseeing the entire team. In this position, Taylor played a pivotal role in new client development and helped his Directors penetrate tough companies that are now outstanding, lifelong clients. After 2 years of managing and supporting the business development team, he transitioned into an Executive Recruiter position. His multi-level experience within Beacon Resources has given him the skills to cultivate and maintain strong client and candidate relationships. Prior to DLC Group, Taylor worked in the Real Estate industry. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Affairs with a minor in business marketing. He enjoys good food, spending time with friends and family as well as his two Boston Terriers.
Dan McIntosh brings an unrivaled devotion for matching candidates with career opportunities. Dan joined Beacon Resources as Executive Recruiting Manager for the Orange County market in 2013 and thrives on the challenge of difficult-to-fill roles. His career includes a specialized recruiting background in the accounting and finance space for multiple industries such as healthcare, military and hospitality. Prior to his current civilian experience, Dan spent six years in the US Army Infantry where he attained the rank of Sergeant. He studied business management, marketing and logistics at Century College and Bethel University. Dan is an active industry blogger and social-media influencer.
Heather Staudenbaur brings a dynamic and proactive passion for matching candidates with career opportunities to her role as Executive Recruiter in the Orange County market of Beacon Resources. Her responsibilities also include sourcing and developing new client relationships in the financial services, real estate, technology, consumer industrial products and not-for-profit industries. Prior to joining Beacon Resources, Heather was a Division Director for a Fortune 500 workforce-solutions provider. Previously, she worked in finance, business development and consumer sales. Heather received dual bachelor’s degrees in business marketing and commercial interior design from San Jose State University. She is a member and volunteer at numerous philanthropic organizations including Surfrider Foundation, Oceanfest San Clemente and Junior League. When she isn’t donating her time and talents, Heather enjoys ocean sports, art, tennis and running.
J.D. Pham brings a rich expertise of finance and accounting staffing and business development to his position as Practice Director for the Orange County market of Beacon Resources. In addition to overseeing a dedicated team of accounting and finance recruiters, he actively engages with clients and candidates in the interim and direct-hire spaces. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, J.D. worked as a branch manager for a multi-billion-dollar staffing firm. He began his career in staffing in 1999 when he managed a desk for a boutique firm specializing in accounting and finance placements. With more than a decade of specialized recruiting experience, he is highly skilled in creating and nurturing client relationships, management and operations. J.D. is a CrossFit enthusiast. He lives with his wife and two children in Orange County.
Mark joined Beacon Resources in 2015 and brings a decade of recruiting experience to his role as Recruiter and Talent Sourcing Specialist in Beacon Resources’ Los Angeles market. In addition to an extensive background in accounting and finance recruitment, Mark was also a top legal recruiter for a Fortune 500 firm. Shortly after passing the California Bar, Mark discovered his passion for the recruiting industry. He enjoys finding challenging positions for candidates who have reached a crossroad in their careers. His success stems from his creativity and instinct for sourcing and identifying talent for the Beacon Resources team. Mark is a magna cum laude graduate from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in history and holds a juris doctor degree from Northwestern University. Mark is an avid sports fan and can be found season after season cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Matt specialized in physician recruitment for a national healthcare search and consulting company. His background also includes extensive experience in the accounting and finance recruitment space. A native of Orange County, California, Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Chaminade University of Honolulu. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and all things ocean-related.
Remy Matuszak, Executive Recruiter of Beacon Resources for the Chicago market, has over three years of full cycle interim, interim-to-hire and direct hire experience focused in the field of accounting and finance. His responsibilities also include sourcing and developing new client relationships with companies ranging from middle market to Fortune 1000. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, he worked in the Telecommunication and Logistics industries as a Sales Associate. Remy was born in Poland, moved to Chicago at the age of 11 and to this day is fluent in Polish. He attended Northern Illinois University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a focus on human resources work. Outside of the office, Remy enjoys weightlifting, running, and cheering on the New England Patriots, Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox.
Anthony Caragiulo, Executive Recruiter of Beacon Resources for the Chicago market, has over three years of full cycle interim, interim-to-hire and direct hire experience focused in the fields of accounting and finance. His responsibilities include sourcing candidates and developing new client relationships with companies ranging from middle market to Fortune 1000. Prior to Beacon Resources, Anthony started his career in recruiting by working for an international, publicly traded Fortune 1000 staffing firm. His diverse client base has helped him to hone solid recruiting skills. Prior to his professional career, he attended Western Illinois University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree in finance with a minor in management. Jaron Eanes, Executive Recruiter of Beacon Resources for the Chicago market, has two years of full cycle interim, interim-to-hire and direct hire recruiting experience focused in Accounting and Finance within the Financial Services market. Prior to joining the firm, Jaron spent time working for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and is a former Big 4 consultant. Jaron leverages his industry experience to provide insight to candidates looking for their next professional opportunity. Prior to his professional career, he attended Lake Forest College and graduated with a BA in Economics. While at Lake Forest College he was a member of the Football and Basketball teams. Robert joined Beacon Resources in January 2018 as Business Development Manager for the Century City office. He prides himself on gaining an exceptional understanding of his clients’ hiring needs, both from a technical skillset and company culture standpoint. Robert’s thorough and methodical approach has resulted in long-standing partnerships with top organizations in the Los Angeles market.
Prior to joining Beacon, Robert worked at a large global staffing firm. He was selected to build out their startup accounting & finance division and grew the practice across Los Angeles.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Robert received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and worked as an Audio Engineer prior to beginning his career focused on the staffing industry. He serves on the Young Professionals Board for Back on My Feet, a non-profit that combats homelessness through the power of running. In his spare time, Robert enjoys rooting for all of the Cleveland sports teams as well as practicing yoga.
Peter Amechi joined Beacon Resources as a Senior Executive Recruiter in 2018, in the Woodland Hills office, servicing the greater Los Angeles area. His recruitment career began in 2007, and during that time he has developed a strong understanding and knowledge of how to assess the needs of both clients and candidates, aligning professional careers for success. Peter has created and implemented in-depth recruitment strategies, successfully placing C-level, management, and senior level positions in the Fortune 500 as well as small and mid-sized companies.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys a lifestyle of fitness, playing golf and basketball while cheering for his hometown Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers.
